Return Window14 days from delivery.
Eligible ConditionItems must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags & packaging.
Non-ReturnableItems with custom embroidery or other personalization cannot be returned.
ProcessEmail info@goligoi.com with your order number and reason. We will reply within 2 business days.
RefundsIssued to the original payment method within 5 business days of item receipt and inspection.
Return Shipping Cost* Defects/Damage (Approved by Goligoi): Goligoi Maison pays for return shipping.
* Refund or Exchange (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (must be a tracked service).
Defects & Damage ClaimsIf your item arrives damaged: Please email us immediately, including clear photos of the alleged damage/defect and photos of the exterior shipping box if it arrived visibly damaged. This step is necessary for our quality control check and filing a claim with the carrier, if needed.
